Paya Doshi is a woman obsessed with helping those in need. She runs the Flotilla Project with her best friend, none other than Tabby Cat herself, international pop sensation.
Paya stumbles upon a woman in need on the streets, Angie Wells, who she quickly finds is an amazing woman in her own right.
In her own unique way, Paya helps Angie to stand back on her own feet again, and helps Angie to navigate life and love when she introduces her to a woman, Stephanie, and her children.
(The London Harmony series is a spinoff of the Music of the Soul books.)

London Harmony: Flotilla by Erik Schubach is an amazing book. I am so sad it is the last in the LH series because I will miss the fleet of characters Eric has introduced in it. I hope they popup occasionally in Flotilla.Flotilla follows Paya Dashi (known for "Hiya Paya" and "Yes mam or Yes Paya" in LH Water Gypsy) helping a homeless woman named Angie and even though Angie doesn't fully realize it, she gets helped. This is mostly Angie's story though Paya's story is also followed in smaller doses throughout. There is very little major happening in this book but there are a lot of things that make you love these characters especially Angie.. The ending is left open as the lead in to the new series Flotilla. I was slightly disappointed a certain LH character didn't tie the knot but hopefully that plot can cross over into Flotilla.
This book has little sexuality, some swearing (mostly British)

London Harmony Flotilla edition by Erik Schubach Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I loved it. This book made me nostalgic and very happy. Angies story has so many similarities to tabby cat and having her work with Paya is awesome. It's a great book to lead you into what I'm sure will be an awesome series Flotilla.
Wow! Just great. It was great catching up with friends from the London Harmony series. Loved meeting the new characters. Hopefully we're starting a new Flotilla series. Yes? That would be wonderful. More music, no para normal.
I'm always so sad when a series ends but what way to go out. Love this book and with a promised spin-off series I can't wait. I have been a fan of this author from the beginning and he never lets me down. A great book and a great author.
I love all three series connected to MOTS. There are characters I like a lot and some I don't like very much but all the books are well written, emotional, and moving. Each can be read individually but the depth of the world created through the series should be experienced. I was excited to read this book because I loved meeting Paya in Water Gypsy. We meet new characters in this book and continue to get to know some of my favorites through the new characters and their relationship.
Loved it. Erik has a way of making his characters be a part of you, like family, I loved the quirkiness and humor of the story that keeps all the characters, past and present; alive. I liked the interactions between Angie and the "roos" as well as with Stephanie and Paya. Hoping to read more soon as I'm looking forward to a happy ending for Paya.
Having read all of the London Harmony stories, this is by far my favorite one. The pacing was nice and steady, the characters easy to connect with, and the story one I'm sure to read again. Not to mention the hilariously sarcastic dialogue that will have you laughing out loud.
The ending, though wrapping up the story nicely, leaves it open for a spin off series which I know will be just as entertaining. Looking forward to more of the adorable Paya and the rest of the gang!
Flotilla!! what a great end to a wonderful series it went on full circle didn't it? Music of the soul starts out with June being a cute little baby and now she's got a baby! oops spoiler alert not gonna say the name or gender you just have to read it. here we see the story of Ange and Steph two cute little roos as they navigate friendship and love, and Paya being her own wicked self. A really nice ending to a wonderful series. and here's to hoping for some more in this universe.
